Services
I am a highly skilled Mechanical Engineers who is fully qualified to inspect, make adjustments where necessary and maintain on an annual basis to ensure that each piece of equipment is fit for purpose and passes my stringent standards.
You will receive a report highlighting what adjustments have been made or what further work needs to be done, it will highlight what the current status of your equipment is, I use a grading system which is easy to understand see below.
A1
A2
A3
A1 means it is Mechanically safe to use, this will be denoted with a blue Passed sticker detailing the date of inspection and the inspectors initials for traceability.
A2 means that the equipment is safe to use but may need some attention for performance related issues, noisy bearings for example (blue sticker applied) but will be highlighted in the report.
A3 means that the item has failed and will be taken out of service at the inspection stage until it has been repaired or replaced, denoted with a red Failed sticker.
I can also offer LOLER inspection for your lifting equipment which is due every 12 months unless it is considered to be person lifting and then it must be carried out every 6 months.
LEV inspections are required every 14 months and my inspectors are trained and qualified to carry out these tests, giving a detailed report on the condition of the plant equipment and its current performance.
I also offer Abrasive Grinding Wheels Courses for new candidates and refresher courses for some of the older hands, this includes wheel trueing and dressing, hub balancing on all types of machine or arbour.
I have my own specialist workshop where I can manufacture parts for your machines where they have become obsolete and can no longer be sourced. I also offer from a simple equipment refurb to strip and complete rebuild to the highest specification.
I can be called out and will be there within 48 hours during weekdays and if necessary will work over the weekend for breakdowns.
